Our Policy
We want you to love your GlowSkinTools purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used or opened
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@glowskintools.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@glowskintools.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
