Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
We ship internationally from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States & Canada: 8–15 business days
- Rest of World: 12–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing. GlowSkinTools is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@glowskintools.com, and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
